The information shown

Descriptions of systems, finishes and timelines are indicative. A floor is specified on site: the condition of the slab, its moisture content, the temperature of the space and the intended use determine the right system. Nothing on this site is technical advice for your project.

Estimates and quotes

A request sent through the form is not a contract and binds neither you nor us. The on-site estimate is free and carries no obligation.

Only a written, signed quote binds us. Our quotes are valid for 30 days from their date of issue; beyond that, prices are subject to revision. Quantities marked provisional are confirmed on site before the work and may be adjusted, as the quote states.

Photographs and intellectual property

The photographs published here show work we actually carried out. No stock image is presented as our work: where we have no photograph of a finish, we show a drawn sample rather than a borrowed photograph.

The text, the images, the name Le Groupe Exclusif and its logo belong to 9007-4402 Québec Inc. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Warranty

The five-year warranty mentioned on this site covers our installation work, on the terms set out in the signed quote. It does not cover damage caused by structural movement, water infiltration, misuse, or a product applied by a third party.

Limitation of liability

We maintain this site with care, without warranting that it is free of error or available at all times. Our liability in respect of a project is that provided by the contract signed for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. Any dispute falls to the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
