Epoxy floors, polished concrete and concrete repair in Longueuil
Getting to Longueuil means going under the river: Autoroute 25 dives into the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel, then Route 132 follows the shore to Old Longueuil. Depending on the area, it is about twenty kilometres from our office in Anjou, a little more to reach Saint-Hubert.

Three boroughs, three ways of building
The city brings together areas that each have their own character. Old Longueuil mixes older houses and apartment buildings around Rue Saint-Charles, and takes in the former town of LeMoyne. Saint-Hubert and Greenfield Park are mostly bungalows, cottages and split-levels.
That variety shows up in the slabs: old, cracked concrete in the older basements, younger garage slabs elsewhere. Two houses on the same street can need very different prep, so our quote is always built from what we find on site, never from a flat package.
Repair first, colour second
In a basement that is a few decades old, colour comes after repair: cracks that keep widening, chipped concrete around a drain, joints that crumble. Cracks are opened up and filled with epoxy or polyurea; sections that are too far gone are saw-cut, removed and repoured.
If the whole slab needs redoing, we take care of the full replacement, from excavation to the new pour. The new floor can then be left as is, polished or coated in epoxy.
Bungalow garages and Saint-Hubert workshops
Single or double, the garage of a Saint-Hubert or Greenfield Park bungalow turns into an easy-to-hose room with flake epoxy over a moisture-barrier primer, a 4-inch cove base and, where there is a floor drain, a custom stainless-steel drain cover.
Around the Saint-Hubert airport and along Chemin de Chambly and Boulevard Roland-Therrien there are also workshops, fleet garages and commercial units. Depending on the use, we suggest solid-colour epoxy or polished concrete there.
Split-levels: two floors, one job
The split-level homes of Saint-Hubert and Greenfield Park often have a half-basement and a ground-level garage, a few steps apart. Both rooms can be done on the same job: flake epoxy in the garage, solid-colour or metallic epoxy in the family room downstairs.
The finish follows the use. In a room where people walk around in socks or bare feet, a smooth surface feels better; in the garage, the texture of the flakes keeps some grip when the snow melts off the car.
Under the river, even in January
The tunnel doesn’t close for winter, and neither do our indoor jobs. A basement in Old Longueuil or a workshop in Saint-Hubert is handled in January the same as in September, since all the work happens under a roof.
Frequently asked questions
Do you go to Saint-Hubert and Greenfield Park?
Yes, all three Longueuil boroughs: Old Longueuil (LeMoyne included), Saint-Hubert and Greenfield Park. Brossard and Boucherville each have their own page.
What route do you take to get to Longueuil?
Autoroute 25 to the tunnel, then the 132 or the 20 depending on the area — about twenty kilometres in all. We leave early to be on site at the start of the day, ahead of the worst of the tunnel traffic.
My basement slab is flaking. Does it need replacing?
Not necessarily. A surface that is scaling can often be ground back to sound concrete and repaired. If the concrete is crumbly deep down or the slab has shifted, we recommend replacement instead, and we show you why on site.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the area, the condition of the concrete (cracks, spalling, moisture), the finish you choose and any cove base or drains. We come out for free to measure and give you a detailed written quote, with no obligation.
