Epoxy floors, polished concrete and concrete repair in Anjou
Anjou is home: our office is at 8941 Avenue de Louresse, in the industrial sector, a stone’s throw from the interchange of Autoroutes 25 and 40. Three of the photos in our gallery come from residential garages in the borough, and most Anjou addresses are a few minutes from our door.

Three Anjou garages in our gallery
Every photo on this page was taken in Anjou. You can see a raw, stained garage slab before the work, then residential garages finished in grey flake epoxy, one of them shot from outside with the door open. They are attached garages of the kind found behind many of the borough’s bungalows and cottages.
What the photos don’t show is the prep: diamond grinding to open up the concrete, cracks sealed one by one, then the primer and base coat before the flakes are broadcast. For a garage that size, count on about a week.
The industrial sector around our office
All around Avenue de Louresse, Anjou’s industrial sector is full of warehouses, workshops and service units where the floor works hard: forklifts, pallets, oil, constant traffic. There we offer solid-colour epoxy, polished concrete to the sheen you want, or repair of the joints and spalls in an existing slab.
For a business next door, being close has a real payoff: we can come and look at the slab easily, plan the job in sections where the building allows it, and we are never far if a question comes up after handover.
Bungalows, duplexes and east-end basements
Anjou’s residential streets are lined mostly with bungalows, duplexes and semi-detached houses, around Galeries d’Anjou and on both sides of the Metropolitan. Their basements often have an original slab that has moved over the years: settled, cracked and patched more than once.
If it is just cracked, we repair it. If it has shifted or is crumbling, full replacement — saw cutting, excavation, removal, a new pour — gives you a sound base for metallic, solid or marble epoxy.
Sloped-driveway garages next door
In Saint-Léonard, right next door, and on some Anjou streets, many houses have a garage at basement level, reached by a driveway that slopes down. Meltwater and salt run straight toward the door and pool at the threshold.
In a garage like that, a 4-inch cove base and a custom stainless-steel cover over the entrance drain protect the concrete where it takes the most punishment, and flake epoxy keeps some texture on a surface that is often wet.
A winter job around the corner
With our office in the neighbourhood, a winter job in Anjou involves almost no driving. Basements, workshops and commercial units get done in the depths of the cold season: what matters is the temperature inside, not the snow outside. And if a storm hits mid-job, we are only a few streets away.
